On Site Management

  • Manage vendors on-site in order to execute all details secured in contracts
  • Provide support during the meeting to ensure arrival of advisors, meeting set-up and format, food & beverage, audio visuals, sleeping rooms and ground transportation

Post Meeting

  • Manage post-meeting communications with vendors and advisors
  • Manage all payments as appropriate
  • Produce all financial and regulatory reports
